Exchange & Refund Policy

At Luxe Basics, customer satisfaction is always our priority. You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping fees unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
  • Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued through the original payment method or another appropriate method according to the store’s policy.
  • Refunds may take 5–14 business days, depending on the payment method and bank.
